Arkhurst is the seller of the equipment listed on this website. By placing an order, you're entering an agreement with us under these terms.
We dispatch within 24 hours of order confirmation. Standard ground shipping is 3–5 business days within the continental U.S. Free shipping applies on orders over $499; under that, shipping is calculated at checkout. We currently ship to all 50 states. International orders are not available at this time.
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unit for a full refund. Email support@arkhurst.com with your order number; we'll generate a free return label. The unit must be returned in working condition — running it on a job site first is fine. We refund within 5 business days of receipt. No restocking fees.
Every unit comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Wear-and-tear items (spark plugs, oil filters, air filters) are not covered. Submit warranty claims via support@arkhurst.com with photos and your order number.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages — including lost business, food spoilage, or downstream equipment failure — arising from use of our equipment.
We may update these terms as the business grows. Material changes will be communicated by email to active customers. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
